KSD's Chicken & Waffles

“KSD’s Chicken & Waffles,” written by, directed by & starring the incredibly hilarious (Comedian/Writer) Kamal Symonette-Dixon, is the name of a once live sketch comedy troupe as well as a TV show.

From Live Show to TV Pilot

KSD’s Chicken & Waffles was originally a live Los Angeles-based sketch comedy show Kamal Symonette-Dixon created that debuted in 2005 at the Friars of Beverly Hills, where star troupe member Kamal Symonette-Dixon, and his zany cast members of “KSD Chicken & Waffles” performed some of Kamal's craziest comedic sketches relative to contemporary society of the day for packed live audiences who roared with laughter.

TV Pilot

In Spring of 2006, Emmy-Award winning Red Line Films in collaboration with Kamal's production company Dialektic Productions taped a television pilot for KSD’s Chicken & Waffles at CBS Studios in LA in front of a live studio audience.

KSD's Chicken & Waffles (TV Pilot: Part 1)

The pilot for "KSD's Chicken & Waffles" was filmed at CBS Studio Center- Stage 20 located at 4024 Radford Ave Studio City, CA 91604-2190 from June 7th-June 9th in the year 2006.  At CBS Studio Center- Stage 20, Red Line Films and their hired crew built state of the art television sets for sketches in "KSD's Chicken & Waffles".
